Mark Grimaldi work is dishonest. Our contract started he will remove my drain box on the roof and replace it with a bigger one. Instead he place the Larger drain box over top of the existing small box to make it appear larger. He knew he would damage the roof if he removed the drain box but he wrote it in the contract anyway to get more money. I did not find out until it caused my roof to leak. Rain water was getting trapped between the drain boxes and coming inside my house. It also caused mold and water damage to my exterior foundation wall of my home. I wonder what else he messed up. I will not know until the damage is devistating because he covers it up and hides it to make it look right. This company is dishonest and greedy.
